Production & Dispatch Time

Some of our pieces are made to order and require time to complete by hand.

The estimated production and dispatch time is stated on each product page. If you have a specific delivery date in mind, please contact us before placing your order.

International Shipping

We ship internationally from Japan.

Shipping methods and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Available shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout where applicable.

Import Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs procedures may also cause delays beyond our control.

Insurance

International shipments of our kabuto and other valuable pieces are insured during transit.

Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery and retain all packaging materials in the event that a shipping claim is necessary.

Damage During Transit

Each piece is carefully inspected and securely packed before leaving our workshop.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with photographs of the damaged item, the outer shipping box, and the internal packaging.

Please retain all original packaging while we review the situation and arrange the appropriate next steps.

Returns

Because many of our pieces are handcrafted, made to order, or personalized, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference or change of mind.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from your order, please contact us promptly so that we can review the situation.

Any return must be discussed with and authorized by us before the item is shipped back.

Authenticity & Handmade Variation

Our pieces are made and finished by craftspeople in Japan using traditional techniques and carefully selected materials.

Subtle variations in color, texture, grain, finish, and hand-applied details are part of the character of a handcrafted object and are not considered defects.

These individual differences are part of what makes each piece unique.
